A post-graduate in Educational Leadership, Manchester Metropolitan University, UK, Latha is a passionate educator with more than three decades of educational experience in Senior Leadership roles in India, Oman and UAE, of which 12 years has been in GEMS. She has been instrumental in leading change and school improvement in prestigious schools in GEMS and also brings with her the experience of heading a School for two years in the dynamic educational landscape of Dubai.
Latha believes that every child can succeed and models the educational philosophy of the head, heart and hands. She has nurtured a professional learning community of teachers as Action Researchers and fostered cultures of visible thinking as part of Project Zero, Harvard School of Education. As a United Nations accredited Climate Change Teacher and as an instructional coach, she has led professional development and built capacity in teachers and Senior Leadership teams with the aim of propelling life-worthy learning.
