Head of Inclusion

Bhuvana Ramakrishnan is a dedicated inclusion specialist with a strong background in overseeing inclusive education at all levels. With expertise in identifying learning obstacles, creating and implementing intervention plans, preparing for board examinations, and developing employable skills, Bhuvana ensures strict adherence to KHDA rules while empowering parents and mainstream teachers.

Possessing a B.Ed. in Science and English, Bhuvana is a certified teacher with a concentration in physics. She holds a master's degree in inclusion and special education from the University of Northampton in the United Kingdom and is a Registered Behavior Technician accredited by the Board of Behavior Analysts, USA. Currently pursuing a research degree at the University of Northampton in the United Kingdom, Bhuvana brings 20 years of experience in managing inclusive education, including 15 years in mainstream schools in Dubai and additional years in India.

Having worked with diverse students with varying special education requirements, Bhuvana firmly believes that no child should be left behind. She is eager to collaborate with all stakeholders as a strong team player, guided by the principle that "Every child matters."
